Welcome back and happy New Year! I wanted to take this time to thank you for a great 2013. Our numbers came in and we exceeded our yearly goal and it’s all because of you!

With 2014 here, you might be wondering what is going on with the real estate market. While I don’t have a crystal ball, I can let you know about some predictions we have for the upcoming year.

•    Interest rates are expected to increase to 5%
