We’ve noticed an increasing amount of multiple offer situations with our clients. We have some tips to share to help you win the home of your dreams!

Get your paperwork together. Gather bank statements, paystubs, and similar documents to show your lender ahead of time.
Get pre-approved with your lender. This puts you in an excellent position to make an offer.

Forget lowball offers. Don’t risk your chances by aiming too low. Sellers won’t even look at a lowball offer!
Keep your contingencies reasonable. It’s okay to ask for a few things from a seller, but ensure they’re reasonable.
