We’ve noticed an increasing amount of multiple offer situations with our clients. We have some tips to share to help you win the home of your dreams!
- Get your paperwork together. Gather bank statements, paystubs, and similar documents to show your lender ahead of time.
- Get pre-approved with your lender. This puts you in an excellent position to make an offer.
- Forget lowball offers. Don’t risk your chances by aiming too low. Sellers won’t even look at a lowball offer!
- Keep your contingencies reasonable. It’s okay to ask for a few things from a seller, but ensure they’re reasonable.
