There are three things that homebuyers should pay special attention to when they are out there looking for properties to buy:
1. Your budget. Inventory is super low in many areas of our market right now. You need to talk to a qualified lender prior to your search so you know exactly what your budget is.
You need to know your budget beforehand.
2. Location. You may need to compromise on location slightly to get a better home within your budget.
3. Compromise. With such low inventory, you likely won’t be able to find that perfect house right away. However, if you buy a house within your budget that maybe needs a few updates, you can use the money you save to make the home your own.
