We are right now experiencing the summer solstice, so we thought
now is a great time for a market update at the midpoint of the year.
The Morley market is not as hot as some of the
markets in southern states, but that's not a bad thing. There are plenty
of great things going on in our improving market you need to know
about, including:
- We have about 1500 homes currently available on the market. 348 of those are new listings and 128 are brand-new contracts.
- The average days a home spends on the market has decreased
- Sale prices for homes in the Morley market have increased
